Schalk has worked across the globe and brings along multi-national experience and best practices in business operations, governance and management strategies. Schalk held senior positions within the “Big-4” accounting firms not only in Australia, but also overseas. He has also served on a number of audit, risk and governance committees and boards of professional bodies. Schalk is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and understands the issues boards and executive management are facing whilst discharging their responsibilities.
